Scaling PSA: 225% Revenue Growth in 18 Months

Following the successful launch of a new website and Google Ads strategy, I continued working with Pulmonary & Sleep Academy to build on that foundation. With the initial campaigns proving a positive return, the focus shifted to scaling reach, improving organic visibility, and building the reporting infrastructure needed to make confident, data-backed decisions. Over the following 18 months, revenue grew by 225%.

The initial Google Ads account was structured around core services. To drive continued growth, I expanded the campaign strategy across new categories and profession-specific keyword sets, progressively increasing reach as performance was validated.
- Rolled out additional campaign categories and keywords to capture a broader range of high-intent searches.
- Built dedicated landing pages tailored to specific medical professions, improving Quality Scores and ad relevancy — pages that also served a dual purpose by ranking for new organic search terms.

- Conducted a full technical SEO audit and implemented fixes across the site, covering site structure, page speed, metadata, and crawlability.

Data Analytics & Power BI
With growth accelerating, the manual reporting process was no longer fit for purpose. I built a custom Power BI dashboard to automate reporting and surface deeper insights.
- Automated the existing manual reporting workflow, saving significant time each month.
- Built custom DAX expressions to enable customer cohort analysis and advanced period-over-period comparisons not available in standard platform reports.
