Will GA4 replace Universal Analytics?
Yes – you will need to transition to GA4 by 1st July 2023. After this Universal Analytics will no longer collect data for your website.

Where Can I find My GA4 Measurement ID (Tracking ID)?
You can find your measurement id under Admin > Datastreams > {Your Data Stream}. Your measurement ID will be in the top right corner.
How Do I add a User to My GA4 Account.
Go to Admin > Account Access & Management > Click the blue + button
How Do I Change My Default Currency?
Go to Admin > Property Settings > Currency Display As
How Do I Create a GA4 property?
All new Google Analytics accounts will be prompted to create a GA4 property by default. If you already have a Google Analytics account, go to Admin > Create Property.
How Do I Create a GA4 Datastream?
Go to Admin > Datastreams – Click Add Stream > Web > Create Stream.
How Do I Link Google Ads to GA4?
Go to Admin > Product Links > Link Google Ads
What Is a GA4 Custom Definition?
A GA4 custom definition is used to capture additional information about an event called event parameters. These event parameters are added by a user and can pass customised information to GA4 for reporting. They are passed as a name:value pair, alongside the name event name. You can have a maximum of 50 custom definitions per GA4 account and these should be carefully considered when setting up you website tracking.
